H&F Youth Service

Our H&F Youth Service offers youth clubs, holiday activity weeks, and creative sessions for Disabled young people aged 11-25 in Hammersmith & Fulham.

We create safe, inclusive, and fun spaces where young people can meet friends, try new things, and develop confidence and independence.

What We Offer

• Weekly youth clubs with sports, games, and creative activities
• Holiday activity weeks during school breaks with trips, workshops, and social events
• Creative sessions in art, music, and digital media
• Opportunities to develop leadership skills and get involved in planning activities
• Support from our experienced youth workers and inclusion team

All our activities are fully accessible, and we make reasonable adjustments to meet individual needs.

Our Approach

We work within the social model of disability, recognising that it’s barriers, not young people’s impairments, that limit participation. Our youth team listens to young people’s ideas, supports them to make choices, and removes barriers so everyone can take part equally.

Who Can Join

Disabled young people aged 11-25 who live in Hammersmith & Fulham. We welcome new members all year round – whether you want to join weekly sessions, holiday programmes, or just come along and see what it’s like.
