Co-production Training

This training helps Disabled people learn how co-production works and how it can be used to remove barriers in local services. Participants gain the confidence, skills, and voice to take part in decision-making and promote disability equality.

Training & Development

We draw on insights from AoD’s Co-production & Disability Equality training. Graduates are encouraged to take active roles in co-production, supported by guest speakers and experts sharing professional insights and lived experience.

Since January 2022, we’ve trained over 100 Disabled people who live, work, study or volunteer in Hammersmith & Fulham.

Accessibility & Advocacy

All aspects of this project focus on accessibility and inclusivity. Participants receive fair compensation (with care taken around benefits). Communication is clear and accessible formats are available.

The Future

Our Voice links to broader co-production policies and frameworks. We aim for it to be a model of inclusive co-production, expanding its influence across new sectors and communities.
