Hire Meeting Rooms

Host your meeting or event in a space that’s affordable, accessible, and welcoming – right here at the Action on Disability Centre.

Our fully accessible centre was newly built in 2023 and offers a choice of meeting spaces, Disabled parking and cycle storage. The location has excellent transport links and plenty of local food and drink spots to enjoy before or after your event.

Our spaces are available to hire Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you want to book outside these hours, please contact us (different pricing applies for evening and weekend bookings). We always try to accommodate any reasonable adaptations you might need.

  • Can be split into two separate rooms 
  • Available with or without AV hybrid meeting facilities

The conference room can be divided into two smaller conference rooms:

Parking for Disabled visitors

We have two parking spaces at the front of the building. If you’re planning to visit and want to reserve a space, please email us in advance. If that’s not possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate you on the day.
