Action on Disability (formerly Hammersmith & Fulham Action on Disability – HAFAD) spent many years at the Greswell Centre in Fulham before relocating to temporary premises at Normand Croft Community School. During this time, we worked closely with the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (LBHF) to secure a long-term base for our services.
